Following on from my post of a few days ago I tried another journal page. This time it was more spontaneous, directly drawn into my current writing journal and took about 40 minutes. I am happy with it, the enjoyment being the process of creating something on the page. Enchanted Forest Owl and Squirrel. For this one I used an Aquash brush to blend the watercolour pencils on the squir.

Suami saya asli orang Ponorogo, itu lho kota yang terkenal dengan reog. Saya sendiri merasakan lezatnya sate ponorogo ya setelah menikah. Sedangkan reog, saya sempat melihat langsung di Jakarta meski hanya sebentar. Di Ponorogo hanya mendengar suaranya saja saat grebeg suro. Karena saat itu hamil dan untuk melihat reog secara dekat harus terjun ke lautan manusia. Ada satu hal yang sangat membuat saya kagum dengan Ponorogo saat lebaran.
